Restored wetland shows nature’s resilience

A wetland restoration project in Duluth-Superior Harbor transformed the site of a former lumber mill into one of the region’s best birding sites. The project removed 11,000 cubic yards of soggy wood waste that suffocated the coastal wetland for close to a decade. Read more here.
