Public Engagement Webinars on the Great Lakes to be held in Early September

Starting next week, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Environment Canada will be hosting five webinars aimed at engaging people around the five Great Lakes. If you live in the Great Lakes basin and have an opinion about the threats to the Great Lakes and actions needed to protect them, please consider joining one of these webinars. Coalition staff will try to attend all webinars and live tweet the meetings on twitter @healthylakes.

In each webinar, Chris Korleski (U.S. EPA) and John Marsden (Environment Canada) will provide an overview of the Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement, provide an update on public engagement relative to management plans for each of the Great Lakes, and then open the floor for discussion.

The dates and times of the webinars are listed below along with information about how to join. After registering, you will receive an email containing information about joining the webinar. The webinar will also be set up to allow people to ask questions.
