Editorials respond negatively to Obama’s 2015 budget cuts to Great Lakes programs

The President released his 2015 budget last week and both the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative and the Clean Water State Revolving Fund received cuts. The GLRI was cut back by $25 million and the Clean Water SRF was cut by $430 million. Regional editorial writers have reacted to the proposed cuts with dismay. You can read some of the clips below.
