Government Programs Combating Drinking Water Restrictions

Clean drinking water benefits all of us. Federal investments are producing results, but we can’t stop now. Photo from iStock Photo.

Threat: Drinking water restrictions due to contaminated water or unaffordable drinking water and wastewater bills, and sewage runoff into the Great Lakes.

Government Programs addressing threat:

National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)

Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS)

Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
