While reading at http://www.healthylakes.org/index.php?tag=ballast-water-management-act-of-2007, I noticed several articles that had been rebdered difficult to read and/or understand by virtue of missing punctuation, truncated (incomplete) sentences, etc. It appears these are "re-published" articles from other sources, but it would be helpful to at least tag them with DATE. Many of them say something like "Today, lobbyists prepared.... and next week will be important..." Obviously, lwithout a date to reference, "today" and "next week" are meaningless. Also, if you know...
