The Fourth Annual Great Lakes Restoration ConferenceThe Healing Our Waters®-Great Lakes Coalition will host the Fourth Annual Great Lakes Restoration Conference in Milwaukee, Wisconsin September 10-12, 2008.

The theme of the conference “Healthy Lakes 2009- New Leadership, Real Success” addresses the changing political climate in Washington and the opportunity to achieve significant gains for Great Lakes restoration in 2009. Join us in Milwaukee to help shape the future of Great Lakes restoration.

The conference registration fee is $180.
This fee includes the following:

- Dinner and drinks at the Compact Party on Wednesday, September 10th
- Breakfast and lunch on Thursday September 11th
- Dinner and drinks reception at the Pilot House on Thursday evening
- Breakfast and lunch on Friday, September 12th
- All conference materials
- Field trip of your choice on Thursday afternoon

Travel Scholarships
Partial travel scholarships will be available on a first come, first serve basis. To apply for a travel scholarship, please contact Martha Borie Wood to have your name put on the list at mboriewood@greatlakes.org or 312-939-0838 ext 227. HOW staff will do their best to meet as many scholarship needs as possible, but funds are limited, so please apply now. HOW staff will be in contact with you within a week of your request. Please remember that all travel reimbursements will be made after the conference in September.
